ABS-CBN Star Magic celebrates its 20th year via the annual Star Magic Ball on On Sept. 1.
The 6th Star Magic Ball will be held at the Rizal Ballroom of Makati Shangri-La Hotel and will be hosted by Piolo Pascual, John Lapus and John Lloyd Cruz.
The stars will be dressed to the nines in black and white ensembles. Gowns and suits are made by the following designers: Jun Escario, Ivar Aseron, Dong Omaga-Diaz, Rhett Eala, Ronaldo Arnaldo, Amir Sali, John Herrera, Eric delos Santos, Hindy Weber Tantoco, Bing Cristobal, Albert Figueras, Veejaye Floresca, Jeffrey Rogador, Sassa Jimenez, Tina Daniac, Joey Samson, Regine Tolentino, Albert Andrada, M Barretto, Jovan dela Cruz, Mannie Jalasan, Ferdie Abuel, Goulli Gorospe, Simon Ariel Vasquez, Estien Quijano, Jay Custodio, Harvic Dominguez, Olan Roque, Analiza Felix, Nat Manilag, Avel Bacudio, Edwin Tan, Randy Ortiz, Inno Sotto, Pepsi Herrera, Francis Libiran, Paul Cabral and Rajo Laurel. Dave Ocampo, Cheetah Rivera, Gerswin Qua, Mark Tamayo, Nico Agustin and Lev Rodriguez of Fashion Designers Alliance of the Philippines (FADAL).
This year’s event will not only be attended by Star Magic’s current roster of artists. Also attending are artists who started their careers with Star Magic, which was born in 1992.
Also expected to attend the grand event are directors, film and television producers, advertisers, and network executives.
Highlights of the ball include the yearly cotillon which introduces Star Magic’s up and coming artists and the launch of the Star Magic Catalogue 2013.
Featured are performances by Sam Milby, Khalil, Xian Lim, Vina Morales, Erik Santos, Jovit Baldivino, Nyoy Volante, Bugoy Dirlon, Liezel Garcia, Richard Poon, Yeng Constantino, Angeline Quinto and Ryan Cayabyab.
Behind the Star Magic Ball are Keren Pasucal, event stylist Robert Blancaflor, BaiCapture photo booths, 0+ electronic gadgets, Moet and Chandon champagne and the Makati Shangri-La Hotel.
